We produce the most efficient, reliable and cost effective oil cleaning centrifuge on the market.  No more need for cleaning out the drum at the end of the shift.  It is self cleaning.  Magnetic chips contaminating your oil and wearing down internal machine parts are a thing of the past as well.  We have a secondary magnetic pick up port implemented just before the end of the oil cleaning process.

This unit is perfect for larger multi-die formers (1/2" M12 to 1 5/8" M42).  It cleans and puts out 20 gallons per minute.  RPM are an important factor.  We have recognized this,  therefore upgraded our spinning drum to accomplish 4,000 RPM's.  Cheaper, less expensive models don't spin as fast, and don't clean the oil half as well as the PFT-2500

PFT-2500

PFT-2250 has been the reliable go to for many years.  It will handle formers with up to 160 gallons.  It is also available with paper cleaning filter, and (2) two extra filter canisters if needed.  This unit can keep oil clean in your machine for up to a year, without having to change fluids.  Always keep in mind that oil viscosity depends on the quality of the oil base.  So, combine this centrifuge with high quality lubrication, and keep your machines running longer.
