Lightning Fast Recorded Lab Inspection Readings

With today’s quality standards of fasteners being so focused on zero ppm, PPAP’s, first piece, in process, and final inspection can be an extremely long and drawn out job, requiring countless hours of readings, and documenting.  Squeezing down tolerances, and putting out SPC plotting charts takes a good amount of time as well.  Thanks to the new 2D, 360 degree “THE JUDGE” first piece, in process, and final inspection machine, these hours can be reduced to only minutes. 

Not only can “THE JUDGE” cut down on labor costs, but is extremely accurate with it’s rotating base, and high tech vision system.  Each component takes about 5 seconds to view, and all SPC data can be extracted in approximately 1 second.  This data can then be recorded and turned into charts, graphs, and reports.  “THE JUDGE” has an easy teach mode, and can recall parts by number too.  This machine is offered in (3) three different models.
